A disgruntled Cheddar resident has hit out at motorists using the Gorge as a "24/7 motor racing track", in a letter written to the Gazette.
Car enthusiasts have become a fact of life at the beauty spot in the Mendip Hills, but this local has just about had enough of their "outrageous and reckless" behaviour.
The letter describes the motorists as bad drivers with poorly maintained cars who "impress nobody".
