A woman has been taken to hospital by air ambulance following a two vehicle crash near Taunton this afternoon (September 22).A car and a van were involved in the crash and left the road ending up in a field on Church Road in Churchinford at around 1pm.One person was trapped in the car and had to be cut free from the car.
