One lane of the M5 has been closed because of a broken down vehicle ahead of Friday afternoon rush hour.The broken down vehicle has affected junctions 19 at Portishead and 18 at the M49 turn off in the northbound direction.Lane one has been closed near the Avonmouth Bridge but traffic is reportedly flowing quite freely at this stage.The broken down vehicles is expected to be cleared by 4.30pm.An earlier crash in the same direction was affecting traffic between Taunton and Bridgwater.
