As many as 2,000 vehicles and their enthusiast owners could converge on Cheddar Gorge on Saturday evening (September 23).
The Gorge Takeover All Car Meet is due to take place at 6pm and 2,300 people have already registered their interest on social media.
More than 600 people have confirmed they will be attending the event according it its Facebook page. Another 1,700 say they are interested in attending.
