A weather warning for snow and ice remains in place for Somerset this morning.
The Met Office advises that a combination of snow and ice may lead to the risk of disruption with difficult driving conditions and commuters should expect longer journey times.
The county has escaped heavy snowfalls, but there have been some light snow falls overnight.
