Trains will not run at all this evening on a major rail route in Somerset after a freight train derailed this evening (March 20).
National Rail is advising customers that trains will not run until at least 11.45pm following the derailment between Castle Cary and Westbury.
The freight train derailed at around 6pm this evening causing no trains to be able to run between this section of the track.
UPDATE (9.50pm): Trains cancelled all day tomorrow after damage caused to the track
